February is American Heart Month. At Milford Regional Medical Center, we’re reminding everyone to Have a HAPPY Heart!
H– Have your blood pressure and cholesterol checked! The key to preventing cardiovascular disease is managing your risk factors, such as high blood pressure and high total cholesterol.
A– Alleviate Stress! Try our Vinyasa Flow Yoga class and find your inner warrior as you flow through poses that raise your heart rate, build strength, endurance and lean muscle; increase metabolism; and improve flexibility. Registration for Spring Wellness Classes begins March 6th!
