Nurses Week 2022 – Celebrating Our Nurses Throughout the Years!
By Judy Kelly, Vice President of Patient Care Services/Chief Nursing Officer
Nurses Week provides us the opportunity to celebrate the contributions and impact nurses have on our patients, families, and community. It reminds our hospital community and the general public of the vital role nurses play in healthcare.
Today, we are indeed celebrating our nurses for the incredible strength they have demonstrated over the past few years. After enduring two years of the pandemic and unimaginable and unprecedented times, we look for a time of healing for our nurses. We celebrate and recognize our nurses for their amazing resilience and commitment through it all.
I am extremely grateful and proud of our nurses at Milford Regional.
We have the opportunity to pause and reflect on our experiences, our lessons learned and the strength within us as we begin to heal.
As we move away from the pandemic with courage as individuals and as a profession, I see strength in our Milford Regional nurses. We recognize and celebrate the strength of our nurses at Milford Regional.
As we celebrate our nursing profession and recognize our colleagues, I would like to thank our nurses at Milford Regional Medical Center for their continued dedication in providing exceptional care to our patients and our community. Your commitment to excellence in nursing practice and patient care is recognized and appreciated by the MRMC leadership team, physicians, staff, patients and families every day.
National Nurses Week provides an opportunity to publicly recognize nurses for their well-earned respect. Happy Nurses Week to each and every one of you.
Milford Regional Medical Center nurses are simply the best!
