One of the easiest ways to stay healthy is to keep moving. Regular exercise is about more than losing weight – it can help prevent health problems such as heart disease, diabetes, osteoporosis and manage stress.
Maybe your idea of moving is taking a daily walk for 30 minutes or more, or maybe you stretch and flow through yoga poses to start your day.
Or, maybe you want to try something new or just aren’t sure where to start.
Start with us!
Milford Regional offers a variety of wellness classes designed to introduce you to various forms of exercise. From Qi Gong and T’ai Chi to Aerobic Fusion – if you are looking for a slow-paced work out or upbeat sweat session, we’ve got you covered.
We offer wellness programs at two locations – The Ruth Anne Bleakney Senior Center in Milford and Milford Regional in the Blackstone Valley in Northbridge. Our winter classes start Jan. 2 – why not jump into a new routine at the start of the new year!
