Milford Regional offers a variety of wellness classes designed to introduce you to various forms of exercise. From Qi Gong and T’ai Chi to Aerobic Fusion – if you are looking for a slow-paced work out or upbeat sweat session, we’ve got you covered.

We offer wellness programs at two locations – The Ruth Anne Bleakney Senior Center in Milford and Milford Regional in the Blackstone Valley in Northbridge. Our winter classes start Jan. 2 – why not jump into a new routine at the start of the new year!
